Ingredients.....
1 pkg. flour tortillias
1 small can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 9 oz. pkg. precooked chicken chunks ( like you find
in the lunch meat section of your grocery)
1 tub of cream cheese with pineapple
1 small pkg. of shredded chedder cheese
Create and Cook
spread cream cheese onto a tortillia...top with
crushed pineapple , covering the entire tortillia
almost to the edge......... then top with
chicken and shredded cheese. Spread cream cheese on
another tortillia....place it on top of chicken
mixture...press to kind of seal it.
Place into a small frying pan..sprayed with oil..and warm slowly to melt cheese and lightly
brown outside. Turn and brown other side........then
time to eat..... Cut into 4 wedges.
