Recipe: CHICKEN TETRAZZINI, I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM MY SISTER AND AGAIN THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE. 8-oz spaghetti, cooked,(I use thin spaghetti), 8-oz grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2-cups cooked chicken, diced,(I use 4 boneless, skinless breasts), 4-TBSP Parmesan Cheese, 1-10.5 oz can Cream Of Mushroom Soup, 1/2-cup chicken broth, (I use almost a whole can of broth- seems too dry without more, 1/4-tsp seasoned salt, DIRECTIONS: Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine 1 1/2 cups cheddar, 2 TBSP parmesan and all remaining ingredients. Toss in a very large bowl with spaghetti. Place in a 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Sprinkle reserved cheeses over the top. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 350º.
