2 - 16oz Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
2 - med onions
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 jar tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 - 10oz can refrig. pizza crust
1tbsp olive oil
cook sausage, onions, bell pepper and basil in large skillet over med-high heat, about 10 mins, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain.
add flour, stirring until blended, stir in tomato sauce, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x10 pan, sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup of cheese
unroll pizza crust and place on top of sausage mixture. tuck edge into baking dish. brush with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese & 1 tbsp basil
Bake 425 degrees for 20 mins or until golden brown
