Corn Casserole

Recipe: 1-box Jiffy Corn muffin mix, 1-stick maragine, melted, 2-large eggs, 1-can whole kernal corn,undrained 1-can creamed corn, Mix Jiffy, melted maragine and eggs together. Add both cans of corn with the liquid from the whole kernal. Mix well and Pour in 11 by 7 pan or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or till golden brown. You can add 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped green pepper along with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese if you like.
