Ingredients:
1 bag of pecan pieces
1 cup of sugar
cinnamon
2 cans of Big Country Butter Tastin biscuits
1 tsp of vanilla
1 stick of margarine
Grease a bundt pan
Make a sugar and cinnamon mixture of your liking
Layer a few pecans at bottom of bundt pan
Break up each biscuit into about 4 pieces and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Layer in pan above pecans.
Keep doing pecan and then biscuit layers.
Melt stick of butter. Add what's left of sugar and cinnamon mixture (About 3/4 cup) and 1 tsp of vanilla. Heat until just boiling, stirring often.
Pour over final layer in bundt pan and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. |
