THIS IS NOT SPICY!! The green chiles make it taste great!!
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 4oz. can diced green chiles
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, more if you like it really cheesy!!
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups or about cooked chicken, seasoned to your liking
In a med. sauce pan add soup, chilies, cheese, sour cream, and milk. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is very hot. Stir in rice and chicken and mix well. Transfer into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350* 25-35 mins.
