Recipe: 1 lb. hot sausage 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 1 (10 oz.) can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies Brown sausage, drain. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, Ro-Tel tomatoes. Serve with chips.
