Buffalo Chicken DIP

Recipe: 2 whole chicken breasts (4 boneless halves) 2 pkgs cream cheese (softened) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce Poach the chicken and shred or chop up. Mix in all other ingredients and spread into an oven/microwave safe casserole dish. Sprinkle a little extra cheddar on top. Bake or microwave until nice and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers or corn chips
