we got this recipe when my husband had his 1st heart attack from the hospital he was in. i dont know the exact amounts of each ingredient needed so adjust to the amount you need...
cornflakes crushed, we use about 2 cups
mrs. dash seasoning, we use different ones atdifferent times. lemon pepper is good,about a tablespoon
skinless and boneless chicken breast we use 4 to 8
skim milk, about 1 cup, prep...
crush cornflakes and add in seasoning, dip chicken in milk then in cornflakes.
spray baking sheet with non stick spray, place chicken on sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
use different seasoning for variance, we also do the same with pork chops, chicken tenders, legs what ever piece u want but for heart smart, low cholestrol, low fat use the breast.
