Buy 7 platanos or green bannas. Peel and julian stlye. Heat 1 cup of oil and fry bannans in the oil till lightly brown. Drain oil and in same pan cook ground beef adding spanish goya seasonings.( Adobo and sazon goya pkg.)
In a cassoral dish layer half of the platanos and then on top of that all the meat. Layer the rest of the platanos on top and top off with shredded cheese. Put ib the oven at 200 till cheese melts! |
