To make this delicious casserole you will need the following: 1 Package of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can of kernal corn (drained)
1 Can of creamy corn
8 Oz. Sour Cream
1 Stick of margarine
First, soften your margarine using the microwave for 15 seconds. Using a casserole dish mix all the ingredients from the above together. Bake at 350 for one hour. And *poof* you have a wonderful side dish to serve your family. It's a hit! Good eating! |
