Recipe: Corn Casserole 1 can whole kernel corn (DO NOT DRAIN!) 1 can creamed corn 1 box corn muffin mix (i.e. Jiffy) 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 4 Tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and parsley (parsley optional) Mix ingredients together thoroughly and bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes until firm and light brown on top.
