Ham and Corn Chowder

Recipe: Tasty way to use up leftover ham! 2 cans chicken broth (14oz) 3 medium potatoes peeled and diced 1 cup ham cubed 1 can whole corn drained 1/4 cup flour 1 cup milk 1/4 cup butter cubed Bring first four ingredients to boil in medium saucepan Reduce heat and cover simmering 15-20 minutes till potatoes are tender. Whisk flour with milk and add to soup then add butter. Simmer 2 minutes longer to melt butter and thicken soup. Makes 5 cups
