Vegetable Rice Pilaf

Recipe: 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 1 can (14 oz) Swanson Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups) 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegtables 1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper Spray saucepan with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add rice and cook 30 seconds. Stir in broth and basil. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. Stir in vegetables and pepper. Cover and cook 10 min. more or until rice is done.
