2 ready crust pie (i like oreo)
2 pkgs. cream cheese (philadelphia best)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cans strawberry pie filling (comstock is good)
1. Preheat over 350 degrees.
2. Beat the cream cheese along with the Condensed milk until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one, then the rest of the ingredients but the strawberry filling.
3. Poor the mixture in the ready crust pie do not over flow. Baked for 30 minutes. Let it cool down before adding the strawberry filling.
4.Refrigerate for 3 hours. Overnight is better. Enjoy it. |
