2-3 lbs fresh green peanuts
1 1/2 c salt
Place peanuts and salt in a large stockpot. Cover peanuts completely with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for at least 1 hr, up to 3 hrs. If you're peanuts are soft, they're done. If the peanuts are not salty enough, leave them in the salt water with heat off until desired taste. |
