BBQ Chicken

Recipe: INGREDIENTS: 1 - 14 1/2 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES 1 CUP TOMATO SAUCE 1/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONION 1 TBSP PACKED BROWN SUGAR 1/4 TSP CIDER VINEGAR 1/4 TSP SALT 2 TBSP HOT PEPPER SAUCE 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 2 CLOVES GARLIC, CRUSHED 1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER 1 (3 POUND) CHICKEN, CUT INTO QUARTERS STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350F. Drain tomatoes. Combine tomato sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar, salt, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a medium saucepan. STEP 2 Add drained tomatoes to saucepan. Cook sauce over medium heat, stir occasionally, until a little thick. About 10 minutes. STEP 3 Place chicken on a foillines broiler pan. Coat both sides of chicken with sauce, put 3/4 cup to the side. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes. STEP 4 Preheat broiler. Brush chicken with remaining 3/4 cup sauce. Broil chicken, turn once, about 5 minutes per side or until lightly browned. (Chicken may be grilled for about 45 minutes instead of baked and broiled.) ENJOY!!!! Serves 4
