1lb box rigatoni pasta
1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1pkg frozen peas
16 oz sour cream
1 8 oz pkg Kraft itallian cheeses ( shredded)
1 8 oz pkg Kraft fresh parmesan cheese (shredded)
2 small cans of cream of chicken soup (may use cream of mushroom also)
Cook rigatoni per directions on box. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces and cook aprrox. 20 min. in pan with 1tbsp veg. oil.Set aside. In large bowl combine all ingredients except 1 pkg fresh parmesan. Mix together with chicken and cooked pasta in casserole dish. Top with fresh parmesan and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until top is slightly browned. Enjoy!
