Zesty Steak and Rice

Recipe: Makes 8 2lbs thin cut steak 1 1/2C. Mojo (Sazon Goya) 1C. Water 3 packets of Sazon Goya w/ acholte 1 small bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing 1/2C. Green Olives 4 Medium Yellow Potatoes 3C. Cooked Rice 1/2 small onion minced In large cooker add water, Italian Dressing, Mojo, and Sazon Goya. Cut up steak into small square bite size pieces. Add to liquid. Add Onions. Bring to a boil on medium-high. Stirring occasionally. Cut up potatoes into same size bite size pieces as steak. Add to mixture. If needed add more water. Reduce heat to medium-medium low and boil covered for about 15 minutes. Add Olives and simmer for about 35 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and steak is tender. When finished pour over rice on individual plates. Serve with a soft french or italian bread.Enjoy!
