"Impossible pumpkin pie"
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend 3 minutes, or use electric mixer on high.
Pour into greased and floured pie pan, and bake one hour at 350%
Cool and refrigerate.
Serve with your favorite whipped topping |
