Recipe: 12 Large Pasta Shells 1 can black beans 1 can on mexi-corn 1 large jar of salsa 1lb ground beef or chicken 1- 16 oz bag of shredded cheddar or any combination sour cream Cooking directions: Boil pasta shells until they are nearly done, then place the shells in a glass casserole dish. Next, brown the ground beef and add beans, corn, and salsa. Then stuff the shells with the mixture and pour the remaining salsa mix on top of the shells. Sprinkle the desired amount of cheese over the shells and bake in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Top with sour cream. Total prep and cooking time is approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
