1cup of pecan halves
1/4 cup honey
-Dash of ground red pepper (cayenne)
-Cook pecans,honey and pepper in skillet on medium high heat 4mins. or until mixture simmers and is foamy
-Spread onto greased baking sheet,separating slightly with fork;cool completly!
serve-in bowel for snack or salad
4 SERVEINGS = 1/4 CUP EACH!
****To double this- double pecans and red pepper using the same amount of honey
