1Can cambells beef broth
1Can cambells cream of celery soup
1Cup Milk
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cips coarsely chopped broccoli,flowerets
1Cup grated cheaddar cheese
1Tbsp. Minced fresh parley(optional) or dill (optional)
Add first 8 ingredients to sauce pan bring to a boil,then lower heat and simmer for 20mins. or until broc is beginning to become tender (make sure broc is cut into bite size pices)
when brock is done slowly ass cheddar cheese stirring constantly,until each bit is blended into soup.
Before sering garnish with a sprinkle of parsley or dill along the side of some crusty french bread! |
