Recipe: 6medium cucumbers 1(8 ounce) container red peppers hummus 1(8 ounce) container lemon hummus Chopped chives for garnish create decorative stripes on side of cucumbers using vegie peeler. Cut the cucumbers cross wise into 3/4 inch thick rounds.scoop out the seed from a well about 1/3 inch deep. spoon 1/2 table spoon of red hummus into the wells of half the cucumber cups,mounding it slightly,repeat with lemon hummus. Sprinkel with chopped chives serves-20 (makes 64 cups)
