1 9" unbaked pie crust
2 c. whole cranberries
1 c. whole walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted and cooled
1/2 c. flour
Put crust in pie plate, cranberries and walnuts on top, sprinkle w/ brown sugar.
Combine the other stuff and beat well, spread on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
