COOL APPLE CREAM PIE
1 qt maple nut (or butter pecan) ice cream, slightly softened
1 can (6 oz) frozen apple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 carton (4.5 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 packaged graham cracker pie shell (6 oz)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
Mix ice cream, frozen concentrate, and cinnamon just until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Mound into the pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Cover and freeze until firm, 4-5 hours.
