Only 3 simple ingrediants needed to make a delicious side dish that can go with any meal, and that everyone will love!
*This recipe will feed about 4-5 people*
Approx. 10 white potatoes
Approx. 1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk
Butter
Peel & dice the potatoes, and then rinse them off. Put them in a pot of water and let them boil for about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes, put them in a mixing bowl, and using an electric mixer, start stirring them. As you're mixing, slowly add some evaporated milk, a spoon of butter, and keep mixing. Keep adding evaporated milk & butter until desired consistancy. The best thing about these mashed potatoes, and what makes them country mashed potatoes, is that in the country we don't measure! So, you can never go wrong using you're own judgement in cooking! |
