Colorful Keilbasa

Number of Servings: 4 to 6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups of water
1 TBS butter or margarine
1lb. Smoked Keilbasa, cut into 1/4 inch slices
¾ Cup uncooked long grain rice
1 Can of green beans, drained or 10oz package of frozen peas
1 Can (4 ½ oz) mushrooms, drained
1 ½ Cups shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, combine soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in peas or green beans and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and peas(green beans) are heated through. Take off heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted.
