1 lb. Hamburger
1 can Beef broth, divided
Onion, chopped
2 Tb. Parsley
1 Tb. Basil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Tb. Cornstarch
Mashed Potatoes
Cook beef. Add 1 ½ c. beef broth, onion, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and remaining broth. Stir into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
