1 lb. Hamburger
½ c. Rice (cook then cool)
Onion
Salt, Pepper, and Celery Salt
1 Egg
Cabbage
Sauce:
2 large cans Tomato Sauce
2 Tb. Brown Sugar
2 Tb. Lemon Juice
Water to rinse cans
Boil cabbage. Mix the remaining ingredients together and stuff into cabbage leaves. Pour sauce over the top. Bake at 350 for 2 ½ hours. |
