Round Steak
1 Egg, beaten
1 Tb. Water, mixed with Pepper
1/4 c. Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. Pizza Sauce
Combine the water, pepper, and cracker crumbs. Dip steak in egg, and coat with crumbs mixture. Brown in oil. Put in baking dish. Add sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
