Cheese n' Pasta in a Pot

Recipe: 2 lb. Hamburger Onion, chopped 1 Garlic Clove, minced 14 oz. Spaghetti Sauce 1 can Stewed Tomatoes 4 oz. Mushrooms 8 oz. Shell Macaroni 16 oz. Sour cream, divided 6 oz. each of Provolone and Mozzarella Cheese Brown meat with onion and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. Cook macaroni. Spoon half the shells into a casserole. Layer half the meat. Spread 1 cup of sour cream. Cover with provolone cheese. Repeat, and add mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
