1 lb. Hamburger
16 oz. Taco Sauce
1 c. Baking Mix
1 Egg
½ c. Onion
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
½ c. Milk
Brown hamburger and onion. Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients, and pour over beef mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
