3/4 c. milk
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 small onion chopped
1 c. or more if desired of shredded cheese (I use colby and montery jack)
4 med potatos cut 1/8 inch thick
lay potatos in 2 qt. microwaveable bowl pour everything over them and mix well microwave for 12 mins stir and cook for an additional 10 mins. |
