SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
SHRED CHICKEN BY HAND. ADD AVACADO AND SOUR CREAM. MIX WELL. ADD TOMATO, LETTUCE AND JALAPENO. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. MIX WELL. SET ASIDE.
IN A FRYING PAN, HEAT VEGETABLE OIL. FRY CORN TORTILLAS ONE AT A TIME JUST UNTIL PLIABLE. YOU DONT WANT THEM TO GET HARD! DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. PUT 1 TABLESPOON OF CHICKEN MIXTURE INTO EACH WARM TORTILLA. ROLL. EAT IMMEDIATELY! ENJOY! |
