This is just a new twist on an old favorite. Same as always....a 4-6 pund roast, a small package of carrots, 4-5 potatoes, some celery stalks, some onions cut up small, a package of gravy mix diluted in water and the twist.....1/4-1/2 cup of brown sugar sprinkled on top --EXCELLENT! I tried this the other day and it was the best roast I have ever made. Try it for yourself! |
