Parmesan Chicken

Recipe: 2-3 chicken breasts, skinned 1/2 grated parmesan cheese (whatever's in your fridge that you put on your pasta) 1 packet dry italian salad dressing mix 1/4 cup milk Preheat oven to 380 Pour milk in one shallow container. Mix Parmesan cheese and italian dressing mix together in another. Dip each check breast in milk, then coat with parmesan/italian mixture. Place breasts about 1" apart on broiling pan (any over pan will work, but the broiling pan helps make the tops crispy) and bake for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with your favorite vege!!!
