1 chicken breast per person
1 can of cream of chicken soup per 4 chicken breasts
1 small container of sour cream
Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
You boil the chicken.Remove and shred the chicken. After shredding mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream into the chicken. Place in a baking pan. crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top. melt the stick of butter and pour over the ritz crackers. Place in oven at 350 for about 45 min or until bubbling.
Very easy and it taste GREAT!
**can be a low fat meal if you use 98% fat free soup and low fat sour cream and I can't believe it is not butter** |
