Recipe: 4 5oz portions tri-tip stuffing 1 bunch parsley minced 8 oz mushrooms sliced to taste butter to taste garlic salt 3 tablespoons white wine peppercorn crust 3 Tablespoons peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons parsley minced 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon whole thyme 1. Saute all the stuffing ingredients except wine. 2. deglaze saute pan with wine. 3. let stuffing cool 4. cut a whole through each portion of meat about 1 inch wide. 5. stuff the meat 6.roll in crust wrap in plastic let set in refridgerator for an hour. 7. cook as desired (grill,broil ect.)
