1 lb ground hamburger
2 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
2 Tbsp. sour cream
8 oz. Pace Picante sauce
2 cups shredded chedder cheese
1 can refried beans
10 flour tortillas
Preheat oven on 350
Cook ground meat in skillet, drain grease
Add 1 can of enchilada sauce, Add sour cream and all of picante sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
On flour tortilla spoon on refried beans then add meat mixture, roll up and put in an 8 x 10 greased pan. After all 10 are finished and in pan add the other can of enchilada sauce on top of all enchiladas, the top with the chedder cheese, as much as you like. Heat in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Awesome!! and Easy!! |
