Ground Meat Fettuccine:
1/2 cup block butter;
3 onions ;
2 bell peppers ;
2 stalks celery ;
4-6 cloves garlic ;
1-1/2 pounds ground chuck, cooked ;
1/2 pint half and half ;
1 can cream of mushroom soup ;
1 pound jalapeno cheese ;
12 ounces broad egg noodles ;
Parmesan cheese ;
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter and cook onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic until soft. Add half of carton of half and half, cream of mushroom soup, and jalapeno cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Add cooked ground meat and season to taste. Mix with cooked noodles and pour into large casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Serves 6-8.
