Ground Beef Casserole:
1 lb Ground beef;
1 pk (7 ounce) uncooked elbow macaroni;
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom soup;
3/4 c Milk;
2/3 c Catsup;
1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded;
1 c Potato chips; crushed;
1 ts Salt;
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir meat until brown , drain. Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain. In an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish, mix all ingredients except chips. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
