Great for Diabetics
one head of cabbage
2 sweet apples
4-5 cups carrotts
raisens optional
nuts optional
4-5 cups of apple cider vinegar
4-5 cups mayonaise
Cut up cabbage, apples and carrotts and shred them in a bowl. Take sugar free sugar of your brand and sprinkle about 10 or so packets on the dry ingredients. Next take mayonaise and apple cider and mix togther and put in bowl and mix with your cabbage, apples and carrotts. Depending on taste you can add more vinegar or sugar.
Makes a great sour sweet coleslaw. Better if made the day before and kept refrigerated....
