1 package Chops
Season Salt
2 Cloves Garlic
Sesame Oil
Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 cup water
1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
1 tbls Sugar
1/3 cup Ketchup
1/2 Onion diced
One package pork chops washed. Season with seasoning salt, crushed garlic,thyme,onion powder and a dash of sesame oil. Let stand for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan heat about three table spoons of vegetable oil and fry the pork chops on both sides until slightly brown. Remove each piece from pan until all is done frying.
DO NOT THROW AWAY THE OIL FROM THE PAN. Return all the pieces to the pan and add 1cup water, 1/2 cup of Italian Salad Dressig, 1 table spoon sugar and 1/3 cup of Ketchup. Simmer for about 15 minutes then add diced onions, season again to taste and some corn starch to thicken. |
