6-8 Med. potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed.
1 can Cream of mushroom soup.
1/8c. chopped onion
2 cans whole cut green beans, drained!
1Lbs brats or polish sausage
8oz shredded chedar cheese
Add all ingred. into a large cake pan. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until hot. serves 4-6 people. (I use polish sausage, it is not as greesey as the Brats). |
