Chicken and Dumplings

Recipe: 3-4 large boneless chx breast 4-6 chx bouillon cubes 3-4 Tbl of lowry's season salt Pepper (to taste) 1 onion chopped fine 1 can of biscuits (10 count) Combine chx, cubes, season salt, pepper and onion in large boiling pot. Cover with water and boil until chx is cooked completely. Remove chx, chop into small pieces, and return to boiling broth. Pull biscuits apart into 1/4 size pieces and roll into small ball. Place in boiling broth and boil 6-8 minutes. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes with lid on. (Can add 2-3 Tbl cornstarch to simmering broth if you prefer thicker broth) Enjoy! :)
