Recipe: Slow Cooker Lasagna 1# ground beef 1 Lg onion 2 cloves garlic,minced 1 can(29 oz) tomato paste 1 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp oregano 1 pkg lasagna noodles (uncooked) 4 cups shredded maozzerella cheese 1 1/2 cup (12oz)small-curd cottage cheese 1/2 cup parmesean cheese In skillet, cook beef,onion, and garlic. Add tomato sauce, water, tomatoe paste, salt and oregano. Mix well. Spread 1/4 in bottom of crockpot.Arrange 1/3 of the noodles over sauce and break to fit.Combine cheeses; spoon 1/3 over noodles.Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover and cook 4-5 hrs or until noodles are tender. Yield 6-8 servings
