1 large can chicken (like canned tuna)
1 box cream cheese
1 jar salsa
1 bag shredded cheese
1 can sliced olives
sour cream
1 diced onion
1 tbsp oil
tomato diced
burrito sized tortillas
saute diced onions in the oil
add chicken, cook for 1 minute. Add cream cheese, salsa, 1/2 tomato, 3/4 bag shredded cheese - cook till thoroughly mixed.
put mixture inside tortillas, and wrap up into squares, place in baking pan. spread salsa, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes
serve with olives, rest of tomato and sour cream |
