COMBINE CAKE MIX, ORANGES,EGGS AND OIL. BEAT FOR 2 MINUTES ON HIGH WIHT ELECTRIC MIXER. REDUCE SPEED TO LOW AND BEAT FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR BATTER IN GREASED 9X13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-35 MINUTES.
TOPPING
1(20 OUNCE)CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN ITS OWN JUICE, UNDRAINED
1(9 OUNCE)CONTAINER COOL WHIP, THAWED
1 (3 3/4 OUNCE) PACKAGE VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
PUT CARTON OF COOL WHIP IN LARGE BOWL AND POUR THE PACKAGE OF VANILLA PUDDING OVER IT. POUR IN THE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND JUICE. BEAT FOR 2 MINUTES AT MEDIUM SPEED WIHT ELECTRIC MIXER. LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT IS OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY. COVER THE CAKE. TOPPING WILL FIRM UP AS IT CHILLS IN THE REFRIGERATOR. |
