2-3 chicken breasts
white corn tortillas
oil
optional toppings:
shredded cheese
guacamole
Boil the chicken and shred, salt to taste. Heat up oil in pan or fryer. Place tortillas (# depends on how much chicken available) in microwave with a cup of water to soften tortillas. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of chicken in tortilla and roll tightly. Put into fryer with tongs placed over the seal, hold until tacito doesn't unroll. Repeat. Top tacitos with shredded cheese or guacamole. Tacitos may be a main course with rice or can be eaten as an appetizer or snack. |
